We’re excited to announce that the EDDY Mobile Lung Cancer Screening Bus will be visiting our office on September 23rd!

If our records indicate that you are past due for your colorectal cancer re-screening, and you have previously completed a Cologuard test, please keep an eye out a new test in the mail, and complete as soon as possible.

Our family practice with be tending to our Healing & Wellness garden on Friday, June 6th.  Contact your care team via your patient portal.

If you have a Rite Aid pharmacy assigned as your primary pharmacy with IHG, you may need to select a new pharmacy.
