If you are unable to complete your request online, you can call our office at 716-662-7008 during regular calling hours.  Our calling hours:

• Monday - Thursday | 8am - 4pm
• Friday | 8am - 2pm 

After-hours Urgent Line:

Patients with an urgent medical issue can reach an Inspired Health Group provider 24/7, even when our office is closed.  Call our office at 716-662-7008 and leave a message with our answering service. Our on-call provider will call you directly to speak with you about your urgent medical concerns.  

If you feel you are in need of immediate or urgent medical care, please consider a visit to any WNY Immediate Care location or another urgent care facility while our office is closed. For life threatening emergencies, please call 911 or go to your nearest hospital.
