Behavioral & Mental Health Resources
May is Mental Health Awareness Month. Mental health plays an important role in our overall health and well-being. We need to tend to our mental health similarly to how we address our physical health.
Though mental health journeys are unique in their own ways, know that you are not alone. Help is always available. Find our trusted Mental & Behavioral Health resources below, and reach out to your Inspired Health Group care team via your patient portal for any non-urgent questions about mental & behavioral health concerns. We're here to help without judgement.
You are not alone! There is always help.
