Pineapple Sorbet
Ingredients:
- 1 small pineapple
- 2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1 cup agave
- Mint sprigs
Directions:
- Cut pineapple into 2 inch pies. Please pineapple and lemon juice in food processor, process until smooth. Add sugar; process for 1 minute or until sugar dissolves.
- Pour mixture into a freezer container and freeze for 3 hours.
